How do I sign up?

To sign up as a premium member, simply go to the premium page and click the “sign up” button at the bottom of the page.

What is included with a premium membership?

A premium membership (paid monthly or annually) includes unlimited access to the discussion forums, monthly Live Q&A chats, exclusive videos, and an automatic 25% discount on shop purchases, including all course modules. For more details, please be sure to check out the premium page.

How much is the premium membership? Can I cancel at anytime?

Premium membership is just $9.95 (US) per month or $89.95 (US) annually. Yes, you may cancel at anytime.

Is course enrollment included with my premium membership?

No, course enrollment is not included. However, as a premium member, you will automatically receive 25% off your enrollment (or re-enrollment fee) at the time of checkout.

Can I share my premium account info with a friend?

No, please be aware that sharing your account information with anyone is strictly against the TOS.

As a premium member, do I have access to the Live Q&A’s?

Absolutely! In fact, many users sign up for the premium membership for the sole purpose of being able to participate in the monthly Live Q&A’s.

How do I activate my 25% premium member discount?

As long as you are an active premium subscriber (paid monthly or annually) and logged in to your account, your premium member discount will be automatically applied to purchases upon checkout. No coupon codes are needed.

Can I use my member discount to renew and/or purchase another premium membership?

No, sorry. However, your 25% discount will be automatically applied to any courses or products in the shop.

How often are the exclusive videos released?

Although there is no set schedule, exclusive videos are typically published on a monthly basis (and often on a bi-weekly basis). Exclusive videos (which are denoted by a “star” icon next to the video’s title) are made available only to users who have premium access and will not be published on any platform outside of GigiYoung.com. Premium members will also receive early access to public videos 48 hours before they are published on platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.

How long are premium videos available?

As long as you’re an active member, premium videos are always available. In fact, all premium videos are organized and archived so that they can be accessed at any time within your account.

Can I download the premium videos?

No, please be aware that downloading and/or copying any videos from GigiYoung.com, in any form, is strictly against the TOS. Premium member videos are only to be streamed on your computer and/or mobile device. However, you may download any pre-released (non-video) files, when they are made available.

How do I cancel my premium membership?

Firstly, we will be sad to see you go! However, if you need to cancel your account, we understand. To proceed, simply click the payments tab within your account. After that, click the “premium subscription” tab. From there you will be able to view and then cancel your subscription. However, please be aware that any previous membership payments are non-refundable.

If I canceled my membership can I resubscribe later?

Absolutely, you can resubscribe at any time. To reactivate your membership, simply follow the steps mentioned in the previous question and click the “resubscribe” button.
Courses

How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a particular course, simply visit the shop page and then click the “courses” tab to view all available course modules.

Is there a limited amount of spaces or time to enroll?

No, there is not a limited amount of spaces or time to enroll. The video lessons for all courses are pre-recorded and can be streamed at your own pace. Since these are self-guided courses, there is no set schedule and you have access to the material 24/7, for a set number of days for the particular module that you are enrolled in. (usually 30-90 days, depending on the course.)

What else is included with enrollment?

In addition to the course material, once enrolled, you will receive a complimentary premium access for 30 to 90 days (varies according the course) so that you can access the discussion forums, participate in the Live Q&A’s, and view exclusive videos.

So premium access is included with every course enrollment?

Yes, with the purchase of any course, you will also receive complimentary, premium access that will automatically expire when your enrollment expires (anywhere from 30 to 90 days). However, please note that the duration of the complimentary access varies, as it depends on the specific course that you’re enrolled in.

Is the 25% premium discount feature also included with complimentary premium access?

No, sorry. Your complimentary access does not include the premium member discount. In order to receive 25% off shop items, you must be a paid premium subscriber (monthly or annually).

What forms of payment do you accept?

All course modules and products on GigiYoung.com can be purchased with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) as well as PayPal.

Do you offer any discounts on courses?

Actually, yes! Active premium members will always receive an automatic 25% discount off any course or product available on Gigiyoung.com. If you’re not already a member click here for more details and/or to join.

How do I view the course(s) I’m enrolled in?

If you are currently enrolled, simply visit the courses link from the top menu and then click the corresponding module(s) to view the lessons.

Where do I download the course material?

The download links to any course files are located on every lesson page, right below each lesson video.

Can I view the course and/or download the course files on my phone?

Although a desktop or laptop computer is recommended for the best viewing experience, you should be able to view the course module with your phone or tablet without any issues. However, it is highly recommended that you choose a peaceful, quiet setting to take this course. There is no need to rush! Please also keep in mind that you may have issues downloading the included companion document, unless your mobile device has a PDF-viewing app that allows you to save PDF files. There are many apps available, with both Dropbox or Google PDF Viewer being popular choices.

Am I permitted to download the video lessons?

No, please be aware that downloading and/or copying course video lessons in any form, is strictly against the TOS. The video lessons are only to be streamed on your computer and/or mobile device. However, you may download the included course files, as mentioned above.

What if I need to view the course material after my enrollment expires?

If you wish to view the on-demand video lessons after your initial enrollment has expired, you have the option of purchasing a re-enrollment for 50% off the original enrollment fee. If you are a paid premium member and wish to re-enroll in any course, you would save an additional 25% off the discounted re-enrollment fee!

What if I just want to access the forums and Live Q&A after my enrollment expires?

If you simply wish to maintain access to the forums and Live Q&A after your initial enrollment expires, purchasing a premium membership subscription for just $9.95/mo is recommended.
Live Q&A

What is the Live Q&A?

The Live Q&A is a real-time group discussion where Gigi will answer questions via a live video stream. A real-time chat room application is provided during the event so that you can submit your questions and chat with other members. The Live Q&A is scheduled once per month, and the exact day and time will always be announced well in advance. However, for your convenience, the video portion of every live Q&A stream is automatically archived and made accessible within your account in the event that you’re unable to participate.

When is the chat room available?

The live chat room application is only available during the Live Q&A, which is scheduled once per month. However, the discussion forums are always open to premium members and those who are enrolled in a course.

What if I’m not able to attend a particular Live Q&A?

If you happen to miss a particular Live Q&A, no worries! The video stream will be automatically archived and organized into a gallery on the Live Q&A page, so that you can view the stream when it’s convenient. In fact, you can watch any previous Live Q&A as long as you’re an active premium member or enrolled in any course.

Why am I unable to view the live stream?

If you are not able to view the live stream, the first step is to ensure that your premium membership is active. If your membership is indeed active, please confirm that you have clicked the “play” button on the video player, as this is required to activate the video stream. It is also important that you have noted the correct time. (Live Q&A times are always posted as Eastern Standard Time). Lastly, if you’re still not able to view the stream, please be sure to open a support ticket within the help desk of your account.

I can view the live stream but it’s buffering. What could be the issue?

The most common cause of any live stream buffering (pausing) is an unstable internet connection. The second most common cause is having too many applications on your computer or phone running simultaneously. If you experience any latency or “skipping”, please ensure that you have checked these possible causes first. It is also recommended that you try refreshing the Live Q&A page, as this may also solve a minor buffering issue. Occasionally buffering may be caused by the streaming provider. However this is very rare, and often short lived. It’s also important to note that any video disruption is rarely seen on the archived version of the stream.
Account Questions

How do I change my account password or email?

Simply click the profile tab within the account area. From there you will be able to edit any personal information for your account.

How do I update my payment info?

Simply click the payments tab within your account. After that, simply click the “payment methods” tab. From there you will be able to update your payment information.

How do I change my username?

Usernames are actually “locked” by default in order to prevent abuse of the system. If it is absolutely necessary to change your username, please be sure to open a support ticket within the help desk. Please also note that usernames are made public (ie: on the forums and in the chatroom). Since your privacy is taken very seriously, if you mistakenly use your real name as your username, you will likely be contacted by support so that it can be changed.

I can’t remember my login information. What do I do?

If you’re unable to login for any reason, the first step is to use the “password reset” feature located on the login page. Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive this notification.

I did not receive the password reset notification. What do I do?

Please be sure to check your spam folder, as email clients will often mistakenly identify automatic system messages as “junk” mail. If you still haven’t received it after 5 minutes, please use the “password reset failed” form located here so that we can investigate further.
