Account Management
- Each user is allowed one account only.
- Accounts cannot be purchased, shared, sold, transferred, or inherited.
- Users who create multiple accounts may face a permanent ban without warning.
- Username changes are limited to once every 12 months, pending Admin approval.
Account Activity
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your IP address and device while using GigiYoung.com, including your conduct and any content posted.
Promotion & Solicitation
Any form of self-promotion is strictly prohibited outside the Member Exchange area, your profile page, or your forum signature. Within the Member Exchange area, self-promotion is permitted under the guidelines specific to that section. However, the following remain prohibited everywhere else on the platform, including private messages and non-designated areas:
- Unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, affiliate links, or other forms of solicitation.
- Using the platform’s member base for unsanctioned commercial gain, whether for-profit or non-profit.
- Soliciting users for commercial or organizational purposes outside of approved areas.
Civility
While debates and passionate discussions are encouraged, personal attacks, threats, defamatory remarks, illegal activities, or harassment are not tolerated.
Impersonation
Your username, email, and profile page must not be used to impersonate or parody another person, government entity, or legal organization.
Unsolicited Recruitment
It is prohibited to contact members through private messaging, forums, chat, or any other platform feature for the purpose of unsolicited recruitment or organization, whether online or offline.
Prohibited Content
You must not share content that is:
- Unlawful, hateful, offensive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
- In violation of any local, national, or international laws.
Compliance with Local Laws
You must not use GigiYoung.com to violate any local laws in your jurisdiction, including those related to hate speech and intellectual property.
Illegal Use
You may not use GigiYoung.com for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
System Abuse
Abusing the platform’s systems, including but not limited to:
- Submitting excessive support tickets.
- Overwhelming the system with repetitive reports or communications.
These behaviors may result in account suspension or permanent revocation. Platform Admins will determine, at their sole discretion, what constitutes system abuse.
Unauthorized Access
You may not hack, alter, or misuse any part of GigiYoung.com.
Technological Devices
You may not use software bugs, viruses, robots, or web spiders to:
- Access data automatically.
- Extract, archive, or preserve data from the platform without permission.
Membership Revocation
Your account may be suspended or permanently revoked at the discretion of the platform’s Admins without prior notice.
Changes to Member Agreement
These terms may be updated periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page frequently for updates.
