Below are the most frequently asked questions regarding booking a session. If you have a specific question that is not answered below, please be sure to get in touch.

How are sessions done?

All of my client sessions are now done via the UberConference platform. I have found that UberConference offers much better call quality than Skype. Sessions can still be done via your computer or phone, and best of all, you do not need to register for an UberConference account or download any software.

How do I purchase my session?

You can purchase your consultation by clicking here or via the “book a session” link on the menu above. Once you have completed the form, you can finalize the transaction via credit card or PayPal.

Can I email you a preferred session date or time?

Due to my schedule and commitment to other projects, I am unable to offer session dates/times outside the availability of my booking calendar. Please note that all sessions are scheduled on a first serve basis and must be purchased via the automated system located on my booking page.

How can I prepare for my session?

Many clients often find that writing down questions allows them to get the most out of a session and stay on track. If desired, you may wish to write down any questions that you feel you need clarity on. However, it is not necessary to send me any questions prior to your appointment time as we can approach them during your session. Please do not email me your astrological chart or your personal details. I will tune in to your energy at the time of our session.

Do you offer coupons, discounts or gift certificates?

Due to the limited number of sessions available, I am unable to offer coupons, discounts or gift certificates at this time.

How do I use UberConference for my session?

Immediately after you have booked your session, you will receive an email receipt which will include a 5 digit PIN code that will be required to access the private conference room. To start your session, simply visit: https://uberconference.com/clientsession, enter the PIN code, type your name, and then click the “join” conference button. Since there is no software to download or additional accounts to create, my clients find UberConference very easy to use.

Can I use my phone for my session?

Yes, absolutely. Although most of my clients prefer to use a computer, UberConference will also allow you to use your phone for your session. Simply call my conference line @ 512-910-2521 and then enter your 5 digit PIN code when prompted.

What happens if I enter the conference room early or late?

If you enter the conference room (or attempt to call) prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be placed on hold until I join the conference. Please be sure to read my policy on tardiness and cancellations prior to booking a session.

Do you offer recordings of your sessions?

Due to the highly personal nature of sessions, I do not prefer to record readings. However, if you would like to have a copy of your reading for your records you may want to use a recording program on your computer such as garageband. If you choose to record your reading, please keep in mind that you must adhere to my session confidentiality policy.
